After School Enrichment Programs for grades 1-5 *Fall 2017 *
Classes will run from the week of September 11th through November 17th(no classes 10/9-10/13 for conference week)
Please submit enrollment forms and payment by September 6, 2017

After School Class Policies – by signing your child up for a class you are agreeing to these policies.
· Tuition must be paid in full for student to start attending class
· Some classes have limited space and are offered on a first come first served basis.
· Parents are to pick up students immediately after class. There will be one written warning per family and upon the second offense the child will be dropped from the after school class program (no refunds will be given). It is extremely important to pick your child up on time!
· Ladera’s PTO reserves the right to take a child out of the program for disruptive behavior. In these rare circumstances, there will be two formal warnings made to the student and parent before this action would take place (no refunds will be given).
· Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment
