Get Healthy! Have Fun! Run Run Run!

Ladera Laps is stepping up the competition this year, so make sure your kids come out to run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch recess!

There will be a lot of prizes and incentives for those who participate in the running club.

1) Everyone who runs in the first two weeks will get a running club key chain.

2) Extra recess for every class who has 100% of their students run at least a 5K this year. (That is only 20 laps during the year)

3) A monthly raffle with cool prizes will take place for students who completed a running card that month.

4) An end of the year trophy will go to the 1st and 2nd place teachers who's classes ran the furthest during the year. (**see divisions below)

5) Extra exciting P.E. game time for the classrooms who run the furthest during the year.

6) A special bonus end of the year gift for all students who run a 5k.

7) Sports Authority gift cards for the top boy and girl runners from each grade.

**2 classroom winners will be chosen between the 1st and 2nd grade classes who ran the most.
