Welcome! This is the start of my 14th year of teaching in Tustin. I am proud to have helped open the doors of Ladera in September 2001. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades and have enjoyed them all. I am thrilled to be teaching a 4/5 combo this year and look forward to many awesome learning experiences!

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from CSU Fullerton and my Master of Science degree in Education from CSU Fullerton. I enjoyed life in the California wine country while earning my Multiple Subjects teaching credential at CSU Sonoma.

I'm married to Sam and we have a daughter, Gwen, who will be in first grade here at Ladera(we're both proud to be leopards!), as well as a 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son...we have a great time together!

Some of my favorite things to do are...go to Disneyland with Gwen, go to the movies with my husband, Sam, hang out with my family, and play Rock Band on my wii. I like the color pink, scuba diving, Target, camping, gardening, politics, and the smell of coconut!I'm really looking forward to the exciting events coming up this year, especially 5th grade Outdoor Science Camp and the 4th grade trip to Lazy W!

It's going to be a TERRIFIC year!
